Blogic is writing a new chapter. František Bolf steps into the CEO role.

On July 1, 2026, a new era began at Blogic. František Bolf officially took the helm of the company. He is a man who has been an integral part of our team for nearly sixteen years and knows the business literally from the ground up.

His journey with us started with writing code in development. He then went on to gain experience managing complex projects before eventually stepping into the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Thanks to this background, he knows exactly how Blogic breathes and operates today, whether we're talking about technological details, understanding our customers, or leading the entire team.

It was precisely this deep knowledge and immense mutual trust that became the main reason why company founder Jirka Pálka decided to hand the proverbial reins over to him.

A move that makes perfect sense

This is not an overnight surprise. The transition is based on a long-term strategic plan agreed upon by the company's leadership. We decided to take the path of building an even stronger tech company that delivers top-tier software to its clients and fully embraces an AI-first approach.

And it is exactly this next phase of development that Jirka Pálka has now fully immersed himself in. He is dedicating all his time and energy to growing the startup and developing the European humanoid robot, George.

It’s a role that demands full commitment and undivided attention. And since Blogic deserves that exact same level of care, I am firmly convinced that František is exactly the right person to lead the company forward,“ explains Jirka.

Even though Jirka is dedicating himself to the George startup and František is managing the day-to-day operations of Blogic, these two worlds remain closely linked.

Both companies will continuously share their experiences from developing the humanoid robot, new insights into artificial intelligence, and the most advanced technological practices.

Therefore, this new phase does not mean splitting into two camps. It is a natural joining of forces. We have one team, two strategic visions, and a shared goal: to push technology a huge step forward.
