Blogic is full of passionate people who work hard to create a well-coordinated team. Our vision is to create the most interesting work environment possible. Thanks to our experience, we are able to include students in the team. If you want to do your job well and are interested in professional growth, our doors are open to you.
Our development center is located in the Tomas Bata University technology park in Zlín. Besides that, we have other branch offices located in Prague, Olomouc, Vsetín and Nový Jičín. We make sure our developers get to participate in interesting and representative projects and further hone their expertise by participating in various IT conferences, workshops and lectures. We regularly prepare our own IT Academy. Even though we are a rapidly growing company and aspire to be the best in the field, our core values and company culture remain unchanged.

Internships for students
We are a young and talented team, therefore we understand students who are at the beginning of their careers and need to gain new experience in the field. If students show motivation and desire to further develop software development, they are welcome to join us right away. This collaboration with students is happening all year round within our Blogic University program.
Learn from others
We started as independent team of programmers back in 2002 and we've been working on tens of projects ever since. We'll be happy to share everything we've learnt on this way with you. We regularly share our knowledge to each other through our own IT Academy. Learning from the professionals is the best practice and the first step to fit in.
Improve your language skills
Our work has international reach and we cooperate with clients from other European countries, USA or Canada. Thanks to that, we are regularly in touch with English language and we even have native English tutor available to our employees for private english lessons every week.
Be fit!
We are not a company that encourages you to spend all day sitting down. You will have many opportunities to participate in sporting activities, with a wide range of sports to choose from. These include mountaineering, cycling, fitness, ping-pong, and use of the multifunctional sports field right next to our office. All sports are welcome, and we enjoy the opportunity to learn new activities.
What we like to do besides work
Do you like food? Great – so do we! We have made several group visits to the Food Festival in Velké Karlovice and we also have barbeques on the roof of our building in Zlín, with its incredible view over the city. Among the amateur tournaments include tennis and petanque tournament (courts have directly next to the building). Zlín zoo is a great place for team building, as is the Golden Apple cinema, which shows a wide range of films. As well as this, we enjoy bowling, laser games, and go-karts. We all enjoy studying, so our activities include a lot of conferences and lectures. Last but not least, we like to support non-profit organisations, for example the Zlín animal shelter.
