Dubai at the forefront of the global AI revolution
The United Arab Emirates has made no secret of its desire to be a world leader in the field of AI. And in Dubai, this was evident at every turn - not just in the presentations, but also in the way technology is viewed here. Not as a game, but as a strategy.
Our ambassadors were able to soak up this atmosphere first-hand - and bring it back to the Czech Republic along with a number of inspiring insights.

What was particularly well received at the festival?
One of the main themes was that AI ceases to be magic. It is becoming a tool. And that's a good thing. The greatest strength of AI lies in its reliability and user-friendliness, not in surprising us.
Other ideas that our ambassadors took away with them were:
Specialization instead of universality
It's not about having a single supermodel. The future belongs to orchestras of smaller, intelligent models who work together as specialists.
Company data as a decisive advantage
The value does not lie in public data sets. The real benefit arises where a company can work with its expertise and make it securely available to AI.
Transparency and control
AI in companies must be explainable. It is important to know why and how it has come to a certain conclusion. And in some cases, the final decision still lies with people
AI without the cloud? Yes, it can.
We were also fascinated by the company's practical presentation on how you can run AI in-house. Small, powerful hardware, no cloud, but lots of possibilities.
What did they bring back from Dubai?
First of all, confirmation that it makes sense to go our own way with specialization and respect for data. AI is changing rapidly and we want to be part of it. Not as passive observers, but as those who actively shape its use in practice.
For us, the Dubai AI Festival was not just about technology. It was about energy, vision and the courage to think big. And that's exactly what we want to bring to our projects.
